   • Administrative Clerk I   Grade: 10 $9.98 per hour Part Time Ca  Bradford County Library RT 6, West Burlington TWP knowledge of office administrative functions and procedures. Knowledge and ability to work with office equipment, computers and familiar with Microsoft programs, data entry experience. Demonstrated experience with working with the general public and customer service skills. High school diploma/GED required. 
   • Chief Probation Officer  G26 $45,323 (base) 40 hrs Exempt  To plan, organize, direct and supervise the Court Adult and Juvenile Probation operations and staff to ensure that all individuals placed under the supervision of the court be supervised in accordance with established court and probation laws, policies and procedures and any County policies and procedures that pertain. Work is performed with a high degree of independence under the direction of the President Judge or the District Court Administrator. Ability to communicate effectively, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork abilities, financial/budgeting, knowledge of probation and specialty courts, planning and time management. Bachelorís degree in criminology, criminal justice, social work, sociology, psychology or related field degree from an accredited college or university required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five yearsí experience in and working knowledge of courts, correction, and/or law enforcement. Successful completion of a criminal background investigation, Pa Act 33/34 Clearance and pre-employment drug test. Masterís degree preferred. Ability to complete County Probation Officersí Firearms Academy 
   • Veterans Services Director  Grade: 18 $14.74 per hour 35 hours pe  This position directs assistance programs for all veterans, widows, and dependents of veterans to ensure that they apply for and receive all benefits to which they are entitled to by law. Assists clients with Veteransí administration forms. Prepares and administers annual budget. Reviews files, keeps records and makes reports of activities. Registration and maintenance of grave registration records. Associates degree or higher or a combination of work experience and education to meet the required knowledge, skills and abilities for this position. Some clerical experience which includes experience with interviewing techniques, processing paperwork and benefits administration. Familiar with the Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts, HIPAA laws and Veterans Affairs regulations concerning the release of claim information. Valid Driverís License is required due to some travel requirements.
