Admissions

The Admission Coordinators at the Manor are Pat Voorhees and Lori Foust. Pat & Lori will assist you and your loved ones in making the admission process to the Manor as smooth as possible. The Manor, conveniently located on Route 6 between Troy and Towanda, PA, wants you to know that you do have a choice when it comes to choosing skilled nursing care. Our facility offers long-term care, short-term stay rehabilitation, and respite care along with physical, speech, and occupational therapy in a home-like environment. The Manor also provides specialized nutrition services and a recreational therapy department.

We take pride in the services the Manor has to offer. Our professional and compassionate staff work together as a team to provide our residents with a higher level of care than the traditional skilled nursing facility.
