The video slideshow provided here was presented on October 6, 2008 at the Towanda High School at a special public presentation sponsored by the Bradford County Natural Gas Advisory Board and Penn State Cooperative Extension. Members of the Advisory board asked the Canton High School Interactive Media Club to create the video slideshow as part of the evening’s presentation. Students Mike Starks, Brittany Colton, and Chadd Vanemon produced the 25 minute video. Among the information presented is an overview of the Marcellus Shale found underneath Bradford County, The drilling process and other information learned by an exploratory trip to Texas to learn more about the natural gas drilling industry.
